Richmond Police have identified the person killed on Whitcomb Street on July 27 as QianWu Huang, 17, a Chinese national. Positive identification was made yesterday evening by an uncle of the victim, who lives in New York City.
The Richmond Police Department has arrested a man in connection with the homicide of an Asian male delivery driver on July 27 in the 2400 block of Whitcomb Street.

Richmond Police are in the early stages of a homicide investigation for a shooting that occurred just before 11PM last night in the 2300 block of Ambrose Street. Investigators are looking into the possibility of a drug related robbery as a motive.
