Threatened with demolition 5 years ago, 2311 M Street has been renovated and is for sale: Newly renovated, the 1910 home has two bedrooms, two and a-half bathrooms and new HVAC and utilities. The residence is 1,560 square feet and historic attributes such as floors, mantels, and railings have been restored.
