Threatened with demolition 5 years ago, 2311 M Street has been renovated and is for sale: Newly renovated, the 1910 home has two bedrooms, two and a-half bathrooms and new HVAC and utilities. A new house is going up at the double lot at 3312/3314 N Street some 16 years after the previous house was demolished. Interestingly, the crew seems to be living on site during the construction.
