River City Saunter looks at Broad Street corridor

The Partnership for Smarter Growth’s 3rd Annual River City Saunter will roll on Sunday, October 24, from 2-6PM: This annual educational event will feature a bus tour along Richmond’s Broad Street Corridor, illustrating growth patterns and pointing out opportunities and obstacles to better land use and transportation planning and the revitalization of our city.
