A collection of 21 Oliver Lawrence houses will be up for auction on December 14, including 3 in the Church Hill area (1908 N 27th Street, 868 N 22nd Street (above), and 501 N 33rd Street).

Local hoarder of vacant housing Bayou Properties and its main owner Oliver Lawrence, were recently served with 175 violations on their buildings by the city. Lawrence owns an estimated 100 vacant buildings under various corporate entities, and according to owner listings on Vacant Richmond, at least 20 vacant properties in the Church Hill area.
