25th Street Roundabout construction to close intersection for several weeks

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works today announced that work to complete the final phase of 25th Street Roundabout construction will necessitate the closing of the intersection of 25th Street, M Street, and Jefferson Avenue from Monday, March 2 until early April (weather permitting).
