“I’d prefer to be a sign holder for Henry Otis Brown”
It’s my understanding that no sign can be put on public right of way (including commercial advertising), and no sign can be put on private property without the permission of the owner.

and this is legal???
does that mean one campaign pledge is to get rehab done and business back in those spaces?
If so I know how I vote!
Unless permission by the owner was given, they’re posted illegally. The downward spiral continues.
Isn’t that trespassing?

Are we allowed to take them down?
