Movie starts at 6:30. Come early, bring a chair or blanket, reserve your seat and wait for your dinner. Movie is shown by the pavilion in the back of the park, next to the Statue of Liberty. Movie night is arranged and organized by Friends of Chimborazo Park. The rain date for this event should it be postponed is 10/23/11.

Since this event is held in a city park, it is important to remember that all standard park regulations apply, including a prohibition of alcohol.

Cyclus is having a used bike sale:

Spring is around the corner and we are trying to make room for more bicycles. We have several used bikes that are all under $150. Come and get ‘em before they’re gone! Also, with the purchase of any bicycle, new or used, in the month of February you will receive a free cable lock!

A beautiful vintage 58cm Mercier, made in France! It has a blue frame with white and chrome lug details, and silver and red decals. Complete with a Nashbar rear rack and light. New bar tape, cables, chain, tires and brake levers. Some wear and tear on the paint job and decals. But she is all tuned up and ready to go for $180!

Cyclus Bike Shop at 2709 East Marshall Street will be having their re-grand opening today! Noon-whenever, the party will be catered by Mamma Zu. Bike parade to follow leaving at 5:30PM.

Cyclus Bike Shop plans to open by November 1 at 2709 East Marshall Street. Brett and Suzanne are currently renovating the spot for the shop, which when open will “carry new and used bicycles and parts for the Church Hill and Downtown Communities as well as perform repairs.”
