Woman shoots son on Chimborazo
nbc12 has word on a shooting, but little info: Police have charged a 58-year-old woman with aggravated assault for allegedly shooting her [adult] son. Police say Gilda Anderson shot her son Friday morning at their home in the 1000 block of Chimborazo Blvd.
Shooting and stabbing on Chimborazo Boulevard
The RPD’s Incident Report has the details of a shooting at 611 Chimborazo Blvd on Friday 3/19/10 at 11:39PM: Witnesses reported a male struck a known male with a gun. The gun discharged, striking another male. One of the males was also found suffering from a stab wound. All of their injuries are not life threatening.

Fatal fire on Chimborazo
An overnight apartment fire on the 600 block of Chimborazo Boulevard has claimed one life and left another person injured. Fire officials have not released the name of the person they pulled from the house but family members have told firefighters that they believe he stayed behind to try and put out the fire. [via]
