Books on Wheels coming to Fairfield Court
Need to get your bike fixed? Need a book? February 25, 2011 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Books on Wheels will be providing free books and free bicycle repair at Fairfield Boys and Girls Club on Friday Feb. 25th at 5 pm.

Books on Wheels will be making a return visit to the area and providing free books & free bicycle repair at the East End Library on 25th Street on Friday, July 9th, from 3-6PM.
Robinson block party this Friday
Robinson Theater is having a community-wide block party Friday, July 24, from 5-8PM: We’ll have Free food, sno cones, face painting, music, bounce house, and a handful of non-profits from the area including Better Housing Coalition and Books on Wheels. We’d love for community members from ALL over Church Hill to attend!

Local literacy/cycling heroes Books on Wheels are looking for a space in Church Hill: Books on Wheels is actively looking for a space to rent (or to have donated to us for use) to open a Community Center where we can take our mobile operation and make it a little more grounded.

Mo’Book Mo’Bike Mobile today at MLK
Books on Wheels stopped at MLK Middle School today and fixed a bunch of bikes and gave away a bunch of books. They’ll be returning the area in a few weeks as part of their tour of Richmond’s libraries, with a stop at the East End Library on June 20th.
