Councilwoman McQuinn was in court today again about the condition of her house at 31st and Broad Streets. She has 60 days to get the property up to code and the charges may be dropped in a year. [via]

Yesterday, the RTD ran a longish article ‘McQuinn cited over her house’ and today has a short follow-up ‘McQuinn due in court today’.
Councilwoman Delores McQuinn’s house has been deemed a public nuisance by Richmond property inspectors. McQuinn says, “This is a piece of property that’s being renovated, not a blighted property.”
