Madison gets 35 years for Chimbo Mart killing
Judge Margaret P. Spencer of Richmond Circuit Court sentenced Otis Madison, 19, to 32 years for first-degree murder in the slaying of John Winston IV, 25, and to three years for a related firearms charge.
At a trial in June, the jury found Madison guilty of the two charges and not guilty of attempted robbery and another firearm charge.
