I’m looking for some contacts, too. My work would be for more of an all around handyman. The person we had before replaced all the wood flooring on our porches, built railings on of front steps, he’d done some light electrical and plumbing work inside for us, etc. Anyone know of someone in the CH area who does good handyman work on these old houses??

Another shout out for Aaron Ogburn! He lives in Churchill too.
He added gutters to our house plus replaced rotted wood and installed a new motion sensor light in our alleyway. He built a shed for another neighbor and made built-in bookcases for yet another.
Can anyone recommend a good person or company for redoing hardwood floors?
