Found this female dog at 27th and P St. Had on a collar and a wire tether she had chewed through. Super friendly. Please call if you know her owner (804) 833-2544, going to keep her at home overnight and call Animal Control tomorrow morning.
that might be jasmine… I’ll call her mommy and see if she’s missing!
