Church Hill running group?
A reader writes in looking for running groups that originate out of the Church Hill area:
I know there is a group that runs from Millies, but they are too fast for me. I’ve seen others, but never had time to stop and ask!

I run with friends in the area and we do 12 minute or so miles..and sometimes walk. Email me if you’re interested in joining. We’re running tonight at 6:30.
What pace are you looking for? I run 8 1/2 or 9 minute miles and am always looking for more people to run with.
Yeah I’d be curious to hear what the ideal pace is for this group. I’m around a 9-10 minute mile guy, but always looking to improve. Would be fun to meet some new people too.

for anyone that is interested in the Millie’s Run, we leave between 5:30 and 5:45AM Tuesdays and Thursdays. Tuesday is usually the longer run 10-12miles. Usually a 8mm pace. Almost all trail running.
I would be interested in a CH running group. I’m in the 9:30 – 10 pace.
I’m a 10mm pace myself. I heard there was one that started out at Libby Hill on mondays or weds but don’t know what time they leave.
I’m a 10-11m miler myself, and would love to get together with neighbors for a run. I’d like to increase my speed a little, and would like to do trail and road running. If anyone wants to start a group, or knows when an existing group open to newbies runs, please let me know!
