They look pretty sharp on the inside and seem to be priced reasonably as well. Cabinets, trim and paint are already in so they are clipping along. Should you do a drive by please also see 619/621 N 28th St as well as 2809 M St. These 3 new houses will be underway by February 1st and will look as sharp as these on the 500 Block of N 28th.
