keep an eye out for armstrong’s wrestling team. last year the team went 12-12 and had quite a few individuals with winning records.
a school such as lee-davis or atlee with almost 2000 students enrolled has a huge advantage in a team sport like football when they play a school with an enrollment of 700 like armstrong.
Didn’t realize there was such an enrollment gap. That’s small for a AAA high school in Virginia.
Ok, so another dumb question. I went back and looked at previous years and it seems Armstong is also getting screwed on the scheduling too. Anyone know why they always have to play L-D, Varina, etc. on the road? Seems odd for a school to have to travel every year to play another school.
