Police seeking 80-year-old man with Alzheimer’s
Police say William Thomas Perry has early-stage Alzheimer’s and had just moved to a home at 1015 Oakwood Avenue. It was his first night at that location. Police say someone noticed him missing around 12:30 a.m. He is described as a black male, 6’1″ tall, weighing 160 pounds with gray hair.
