Hey John!
What year was this picture taken? I cannot decipher the writing on the bottom left-hand of the picture. Also, is this the tunnel that collapsed? I keep hearing discrepancies as to if there actual people on the train. Hmmm….
My understanding is that they were working on widening the tunnel, so there were a couple conductors and a couple workers in there at the time of the collapse.
Yeah, I can’t read that either.
