Are the air rifles being used as props? I’m confused as to the significance of the heading? Is this a real warning?
Cordie, the event already happened, and no, this is not a real warning. Maybe I’m being oversensitive, but joking about cyclists with guns is the last thing we need. This is a race that involved target shooting at a facility that keeps the air rifles on premises, so no firearms were being transported.
Replace ‘bicycles’ with ‘motorcycles’, or any race/nationality and watch a whole bunch of angry folks roll up on you for defamation/libel.
