Keep an eye out for stolen scooter
Mia’s seafoam green Buddy 125 was stolen from Church Hill late last night/early this morning! Keep your eyes open for it and call the police if you see anything unusual. spread the word, please!!
The scoot originally had a wicker front basket and matching green topcase, but thieves usually yank that stuff off right away. The front basket combined w the standard stolen bike hot-wiring job may mean that the front panel of the scoot may be really effed up.

Where was it stolen from?
I didn’t see this specific scooter, but I was towed this morning for the street cleaning and there were many scooters, bicycles, and motor cycles at the impound lot.
I didn’t realize those vehicles were also “towed.” I could imagine assuming a bike or scooter was stolen and not even thinking it could have been stolen relocated by the city for something like street cleaning! Definitely a place I’m going to keep in mind if my bike disappears like my car!
I don’t know if you found your scooter yet, but I saw a seafoam green buddy scooter chained to a lightpost on the northeast corner of 25th and Marshall at about 3:30 yesterday afternoon (Sunday, 7/10).
