OMG Cafe seeking beer/wine/mixed ABC for 25th Street location
According to the Feb.9 ABC Report (PDF), OMG Cafe & Lounge is seeking a beer/wine/mixed ON ABC license for the restaurant space at 412 North 25th Street (earlier reported as a possible Keema’s Crown Pizza and Burger).
Double shooting on Accommodation Street
The Richmond Police Department is asking for help locating a person wanted for shooting two people early this morning. Investigators say about 12:45 a.m. Justin Horace Belnavis, 28, shot two females during an argument in the 2000 block of Accommodation Street. One female is in critical condition.
