Recognize this dog?
Found black male dog (mix?) (Church Hill, Richmond VA) Sweetest dog found morning of Tues Feb 1 around 10:30am on Venable Street. Picked up from me by Animal Control evening of same day. I hope someone claims him, because he’s too beautiful to be put down. I’m sure someone is missing him very, very much.

you should have held on to him a little longer… why would you give em to animal control CMON NOW!
He is currently at the animal control center on Chamberlayne under the name “Seymour Butts”, no joke. I was told they would hold him for 6 days waiting for someone to claim him before putting him up for adoption. They don’t euthanize unless the animal has severe. behavioral problems or illness, or has. been there for a VERY long time.
