It’s surprisingly hard to get a good view east towards Church Hill with MCV on the north, Capitol complex on the south and the I95 ditch running across it all. Since there was almost no traffic at this time, I was able to pull over just past the I95 entrance ramp and snap off a few quick pictures. It was just another day, but it was fun capturing the first light of the new year.
