Talk about appreciating smaller houses…560 SF on this one.
I’m interested in this house but almost every other property on the block is vacant. Most of the properties on the opposite side are owned by either RRHA or Richmond Affordable Housing. Anyone know what the plans are for these properties? There are also a few Stacy Martin houses on the block, for good measure.
