Motley’s will be auctioning 23 residential and commercial spaces in Richmond and Henrico described as “mostly … former Oliver Lawrence holdings” on Wednesday night, including 4 in the area: 1608 North 23rd Street, 2210 Fairmount Avenue, 1300 North 38th Street, 1120 North 33rd Street.

I don’t have an official source, but I’ve heard that both 1608 N. 23rd and 2210 Fairmount went for right around $11,000 each.
2210 went for $2,500 + $8k or so in back taxes.
Spotsylvania was the deal with $4,500, No back taxes owed.
