Richmond Smiles mobile dentistry van at Bon Secours on Wednesdays
The Richmond Smiles mobile dentistry van will be at Bon Secours Richmond Community Hospital at 1500 North 28th Street on every Wednesday in September (PDF) from 8:30AM–4PM.
Our mission is to provide emergency and initial entry to dental care for residents that do not have access to routine dental health services. Our goal is to provide quality dental services to uninsured Richmond area residents. Dental services are provided first- come-first-served. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU ARRIVE EARLY!!!
A wide range of dental care is offered. We offer dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, school screenings and extractions. We also provide a referral service to continue your dental treatment to local area dentists.
We look forward to seeing you at one of our sites.

I would like to know what is the sc
edule for the dental van ann where it will be located for the month of feburary 2012,thank you
Monica, if you click the link to the PDF in the first paragraph, it brings up a brochure which lists their phone number 804-381-2624. There is a recording there that lists the times and dates for February, with the suggestion that you arrive as early as 3 :00 or 4:00 in the morning. The Bon Secours Richmond Community Hospital dates for Feb. are Feb. 8, 15, 22 and 29. There are other sites too including two in Southside (St. Augustine Church on Beulah Road, and Ramsey Memorial Church on Hull St.)
Hello I went to community hospital the end of febuary @ 3am, it wasent until 6am the the security informed me that the van wasent going to be back for two weeks. how can I a sure on the dates provided that the van will be there? the only notice the guard had was a sign posted in the hospital.nothing was inthere schedual on line or over the phone.
Cheri, I’d call the number that I saw in the brochure. It’s in my post above, number 2. And wait through the recording to see if you can get a human being, or you might try calling the hospital during the day to see if they have an updated schedule, or call one of the other sites listed to see if you can get a real person instead of a recording. Good luck, I know it’s frustrating.
