I have heard 2nd hand that “the Supreme Court refused to hear Carson’s appeal in the Oakwood Heights case, therefore virtually ending the case.” Can anyone confirm or add to this?

I heard the same thing. Also second hand, but from a source close to the heart of it (just not Carson himself).
