Church Hill Association brings back Block Liaison Program

The Church Hill Association is proposing to bring back a “Block Liaison Program” – similar to a Neighborhood Watch Program, but with more of an emphasis on “neighborliness and responsibility.” Gene Henley has agreed to act as overall coordinator of the program, with the initial objective is to find one volunteer per block.

Lacey gets 10 years for shady real estate dealings

nbc12 is reporting that slumlord Donald Lacey “was sentenced in the Federal Courthouse in Richmond to 121 months on Count 1 and 120 months on Count 2.
