Cell phone connects stolen car, robbery
The RTD is reporting on stolen car stop that also solved a robbery on Cedar Street:
Police made a traffic stop in the 1800 block of R Street shortly after midnight on a vehicle that had been stolen in Henrico County, said Richmond Police Capt. Dave Martin. The driver, Trevon Hairston, 18, was charged with auto theft, and one of three others in the car, Timothy Brown, 20, was charged with marijuana possession and carrying a concealed weapon [...]. Police seized items including three handguns, marijuana, cash and the cell phone, Martin said.
