Set up on M Street

The RTD has the details of a luridly pathetic robbery in Union Hill:

Richmond police say a woman gave the father of her children a ride as a means to set him up to be robbed at gunpoint. [...] Capt. David L. Martin said McLaurin offered a ride to the father of her children yesterday morning and drove him to the 2400 block of M Street in the city’s East End, where she stopped the car and opened the passenger door. Martin said a man carrying a handgun and wearing a mask approached the open door and, on the orders or McLaurin, robbed the passenger. McLaurin ordered the victim out of her car and drove away, Martin said.
