I am so tired of theses people or groups owning property and doing nothing with them. I would love to have such great fortune. I own 2 properties in the area and treat them like I live in them. My tenants are very well taken care of. I have plans for about 8 other properties in the area but just cant get financing. Man o Man people dont know how good they have it.
