I’d call David Cooley at Restoration Builders of Va., Inc. (RBVa) and ask him about it. He’s a general contractor, not just a brick layer – an excellent contractor, does total renovations, has done many many in the neighborhood.
He recently straightened up a house on the corner of 22nd and Marshall that was featured on another thread on this blog, and has done other crooked houses (3002 East Broad I think is another). His office phone is 649-2162.
He’ll at least meet with you and offer suggestions, if not do the job. He may suggest other contractors, too. If nothing more, you will learn from meeting with him and discussing the issues!
