City seeks to establish new noise ordinance

One of the items on the agenda for Monday’s City Council meeting (PDF) is Ord. No. 2009-236 which seeks to amend the noise ordinance to meet new guidelines. [via]

Meeting set to get 7th District Team up and running

Councilwoman Cynthia Newbille will a meeting on Saturday, January 30 from 10AM-noon “to create a process for developing an East End 7th District Team to address major issues of the Richmond’s East End 7th District”.

Real estate assessments show more decline than last year

The 2010 real estate assessments are now available online. A spot check around the neighborhood shows more depreciation than last year, with some properties remaining flat or with very small appreciation.

Third Annual Sing-A-Long for ChildSavers features Muppet Movie
