Roscoe needs a good home

A reader writes in looking to help out Tony, a friend without internet access, who is looking for a home for a dog:

Roscoe is a neutered male about 5 years old. His body looks sort of like a wire-haired basset and he’s got a benjie face …and he does tricks. His rabies tag is current through the end of January 2010. Roscoe has lived with other dogs but chases cats, a habit that a new owner may or may not be able to break.
