CAPS meeting set for 11/11

The First Precinct Community Assisted Public Safety (CAPS) meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 11, at 6PM at East District Initiative (701 N 25th St. 2nd Floor). Local B&E suspect arrested in Newport News

Direct from Sector 111′s Lt.Laino: Sterling Antonio Lewis, wanted in Newport News on 7 felony property crimes and the suspect in several B&Es in the Church Hill/Union Hill area, was arrested in Newport News yesterday. Lt.Laino specifically said that he wanted citizens to be “aware of the great news” and thanks everyone for their assistance.
