I’ve seen that dog around there before (leashed and with owner).

The owner of the dog has been found. She has the information necessary getting it back home.
Karl, was that the lady I directed to your house Tuesday night?
I was heading out the door and she stopped and asked me if I had seen a dog fitting the same description as the one in the photo.
She and her daughter seemed deeply upset their dog was missing. I hope this was it.
