The Nov.19-21 issue of the Richmond Free Press profiles Delores C. Robinson (PDF), president of Fairfield Tenants Council, and her role in helping to open the new Fairfield Resource Center.

The small health clinic and family-planning center, located at 2311 North 25th Street, officially opened with a November 2 ribbon-cutting ceremony. The Richmond Free Press article says that “the government-funded clinic offers basic medical care and social services –– including health education, blood pressure checks and family counseling. Its foremost goal is to reduce the high rate of teen pregnancy in Fairfield.”
