That's the renovation that just put up a large section of 6' tall chain link fence topped by 3 strands of barbed wire with a wide gate that opens onto an old brick sidewalk...and the day before Thanksgiving a 'gravel' driveway which looks to include as many broken bricks as large pieces of stone. It turns out that they own more vacant lots than anything else, and maybe 5 properties rented to seniors. The owner of a property is responsible for upkeep, maintenance, changes... Why in the world would any church put those expenses on their tenants to the point the tenants would be forced to leave the neighborhood?
