Missing lab near Oakwood Cemetery

Craigslist has word of a missing black lab mix on 31st Street near Oakwood Cemetery:

$50 Reward for the return of Lady. She slipped her collar and got out of our yard in the 1600 blk. of North 31st St. today. She is black with some gray on her muzzle. She is a chunky medium sized lab mix. Her family loves her very much and would appreciate any help in getting her home. Last seen this morning, Tuesday, Nov. 10. Please call 804-855-1331 if you see her. She is friendly so ,if you can get her, please hold onto her. Thank you.

I saw a black dog, possibly a lab mix, in the grassy field by the basketball court at Admiral Gravely and Government. It sat in the field, in the rain, all day (I passed it twice during the afternoon.) When I got out of my van to try to talk to the dog, it moved away from me. Seemed cold and confused.
