Good press for a unique house
The RTD today profiles the effort to first save and then rebuild the iconic house at 2116 Cedar Street. (previously)
“It’s pretty much the same house,” said David Herring, executive director of the Alliance to Conserve Old Richmond Neighborhoods, which promotes the purchase and renovation of vacant and abandoned inner-city buildings. “We saved everything we could, knowing we would build it back in the same footprint, using the same floor plan. . . . This place is back. It is back in the neighborhood.”
