nothing that a little duct tape won’t fix.
I live across from these homes and know the good neighbors who live nextdoor to this collapsed structure. We have BEGGED the Community Assisted Public Safety (CAPS) officers to require the derelict owner to abate the issues there. Both of the structures on the right could be absolutely gorgeous homes. In the past two months several sets of prosepective investors have pursued purchasing both of them for simultaneous restoration. I hope another astonishing renovation is just a around the corner for this part of Union Hill.
The house next door is listed for sale. Look it up at RichmondHomeSite.com and call with questions.
