Awesome agent – Anne Soffee. House does need some real work, but it has a great location, and really nice renovation potential.
I have brought two buyers to see it, but it was too much for each of them. Great sweat equity opportunity for someone with some skills, and a bit of cash to get the bigger things done by a pro.
How much is a complete rehab for a house like this. Thanks for any info. I realize it varies greatly.
