The folks at Dominion Harvest, a very local business that “delivers fresh seasonal produce from local sustainable farms to your home”, has ended up with some extra produce this week that they’re trying to sell for cost…

The produce is all natural, but it’s not certified organic, because it’s very expensive to go through the organic certification process and unfortunately it’s cost prohibitive for the small farmers we work with. So again, the produce is all natural, which means pesticides are not used, and the seeds used to grow the produce are not genetically modified.

We have the following produce available for sale:

15 lbs Green Bell Peppers for $1 per pound

10 lbs Cucumbers for $1 per pound

10 – 1.5 lb bags of Red, White and Blue Potatoes for $1.25 each

20 bunches of Swiss Chard for $.75 each

20 bunches of Golden Beets for $1.00 per bunch (approximately 4 beets per bunch)
