The close proximity to the VA-ABC Store on the next block (accessible from the alley) makes this a convenient location for some of it’s more earthy customers to imbibe.
Lovely. Has anyone put in a citizens request with the city to have this addressed? I copied the web address below: http://www.richmondgov.com/applications/citizensrequest/frmNewEntryType.asp It probably won’t be done tomorrow but I put in requests often and depending on the work needed they seem to be getting things done in a timely manner.
