What’s the address? The city database won’t let me look up building permits without an address.
I found one for 1001 North 25th (which includes 2514 P St) but am not sure that’s the right address. The one I found says the proposed use is B10 – Misc. Business, and certificate of occupancy will not be determined until issued. It’s for Jewels Inc, and includes demo, clean up debris, brace wall and wall stabilization, total cost $5,000 (which isn’t much).

No work authorized on it, Proposed Work stated as “Request for Zoning Confirmation Letter.” Parcel Owner is Yong Su Corporation, Applicant was Group 5 Investments Inc. and it was completed on May 1, 2009.

Whole Foods, Ukrops, Kroger. I don’t care as long as we actually can have a grocery store in walking distance. The Market is great, but can be a little pricey and doesn’t always have a great selection.
