Church Hill’s long-running Eric Schindler Gallery will open the Schindler Satellite Gallery at 8 West Broad Street for tonight’s First Friday with a show featuring works by 12 or more gallery artists. ART180 will host the event and sell candy bars, cookbooks, and journals to support their art programs for young people in challenging circumstances.

Go support Art180. They have been doing incredible work with our Boys and Girls Club on R street. This year they made stained glass windows with them. A couple times a year Art180 comes to the teens with all the skills and materials needed to give them the opportunity to create amazing things.

Went into the gallery today to see the work we completed last night and I’m beside myself pleased. Good things start in Church Hill!
