He is known for his figures and nudes and still lifes but over the past 5 years or so he has been venturing outside at night painting landscapses. Many of the ones featured in this show are of the old suburbs around Hull St. He is one of Richmond’s great painters. I know I have been collecting his work myself since 1994.
