This was near 21st and Marshall. Wilder stopped them. A writer for the RTD explored the East end of the tunnel many years ago. It prompted the sealing of the tunnel. Should be a good indicator on the Richmond and East End residential market. If this project has early success it could be a good sign for other slated projects.
