Police leaders to walk through Whitcomb
Richmond Police Chief Bryan T. Norwood will reach out to the community again tonight as he takes his weekly staff meeting into a city neighborhood. Norwood and his staff will knock on doors and talk to residents and business owners in the Whitcomb area to find out about their concerns regarding public safety in the city. Tonight’s walk-through will begin at 7PM at the Whitcomb Elementary School.
The walkthrough has been cancelled, perhaps because of the homicide on Third Avenue.
