Congratulations to Armstrong’s Jennifer Tillery
The Personality feature in the April 23-25 issue of the Richmond Free Press profiles Jennifer Tillery, 17, of Gilpin Court. Graduating a year early from Armstrong High with a 3.88 GPA, Jennifer was recently awarded the $7,000 2009 Stephen J. Bollinger Memorial Scholarship.
Are you getting your mail stolen?
A reader writes: The same day as the shooting, I had two packages stole from my front porch on 25th Street in the middle of the day. One was ripped open and the bag left, the other just stolen.
